So, not only did we get to meet Madeline, we also celebrated Karen's birthday
and Mike's belated birthday with cake and presents. Look at how cute Jensen
looks in his "Kiss me I'm Irish" shirt! Well, we thought that he might cry at the
candles being lit, but he was laughing and smiling. Then Karen and Mike started
blowing on those "noise makers" one too many times...and the little boy started
to cry. We will now know NOT to have noise makers at his birthday! Look
at that pitiful face!

St. Patty Baby!

So we came home early from Houston, but the payoff was great! We had
a chance to go and see our newest little friend Madeline Kate! Kristen had
Madeline on St. Patrick's Day...a day shared with my sister! She was 6 pounds
14 ounces and 19 inches long. She is beautiful and I am sure Matt is going to
have his hands full with 2 gorgeous girls!

Spring Break: Houston

So the first part of our Spring Break was straight down to Houston to see the little man, Harrison! The boys got out for some golf practice at the driving range and
Michelle and I took Harrison with us for a shopping spree at DSW! The threat of bad storms headed our way prompted us to leave a day early, but we will be back in a couple of weeks for his baptism. Harrison has big, beautiful blue eyes and what looks
like to be a reddish hint to his light brown hair.

Snowing in March!

So here we are in March and this is the second time
this week that we have gotten snow! The drive home
today was slow and messy, but it sure looks pretty
in this picture. We are taking bets on whether we
will have school tomorrow or not!

Jessica's Bridal Shower

This past weekend we were able to attend
a good family friend's bridal shower. As I
get older, it seems that there are fewer of these
and more baby showers...so it was nice for
a change. Jessica now lives up in Chicago and
we are hoping to go to the wedding in June, but
it will be around the time of our invetro, so we
will have to see about timing. Still, it was great
to see Jessica and Judy and have a fun girly
shower.
