End of Summer

Today is my last day of summer. Tomorrow I head back to school. I posted some pictures of the last few months below. Please check them out:)

It might be a while before I post again...the beginning of school is a little crazy. But I will continue my blog once things settle back down.

Enjoy the pics!

John's last day

We had such a nice, long visit with John, but we were still sad to say goodbye. Before John left, we had to take him to get some Krispy Kreme doughnuts! While we were out and about, the gang helped me decide on a new pair of glasses...ta-dah!!!

Fun times with John!

So mom and I decided to do a "themed" dinner for John. Since he is not with us for the holidays, we decided to make a Christmas dinner. We set the table with mom's Christmas placemats and even put a little present at everyone's seat. John got an addition present...because we love him!!!

First week of August

John came to visit the Enszer's! John had an AP Art History convention at UTD, so we were able to visit with John for a whole week! We got to hear all about his job at King's Academy and saw all the pictures of the campus and his travels.

Sharon's Wedding

On an unusually cool Saturday in July, my friend Sharon got married. She was married in a beautiful church in Allen, Tx. The reception was later in the afternoon on a ranch out in Mckinney, Tx. Thank goodness for the cooler weather, because it was quiet warm in the barn where the reception took place. It was so much fun to see all my Sheffield girls again! Sharon looked very happy and had some really nice touches to make her day special. The food was delicious and the company superb!

July 8th

We celebrated mom's birthday in style! We had a meeting down at The Mansion on Turtle Creek to plan Chuck's December graduation party. When we finished our meeting, we then had lunch on the sun porch to celebrate mom's birthday. The Mansion gave mom a special birthday card and decorated her birthday dessert plate...I just forgot to take pictures until the very end!!!
