More pics from our visit

We had such a nice visit with Gram E., Aunt Nancy, Michelle, Bill and Harrison. We played a few rounds of TRAIN at night. We went swimming during the day, and ate mom's great cooking at night. Billy had to duck out early for a conference in Florida, but we still got a nice, short visit in:)

So take a look below...I've added lots of pictures from the last week with everyone in town!

Time spent poolside!

With everyone in town, it was spent outside at the pool. The boys had fun splashing around in the water. Both Harrison and Jensen liked throwing the small football across the water. Everyone relaxed in the new chairs that mom and I picked out:)
Gram and Aunt Nancy said our weather was perfect. They were escaping 60 degree weather and rain! Can you imagine that kind of weather in June? Of course, it was 95 and HOT here...so I don't know which is better. 95 is much more enjoyable by the pool...don't you think?

Grandma Enszer turns 85

Gram E. and Aunt Nancy came down for a nice visit. Michelle made her "from scratch" Southern Living recipe chocolate cake with homemade buttercream frosting. It was rich and delicious.

Family in Town

Last Thursday, Michelle, Harrison and Bill came up from Houston for a visit with us. The boys played side by side. Jensen was a little hesitant of letting Harrison play with all of his toys. Harrison didn't seem to mind at all!

SUMMER TIME!

This picture was taken a month ago in honor of my friend Sharon who will be getting married next month. Clockwise: Sharon, Kristen, Carol, Me, Michelle and Meredith.
These are my Sheffield girls. I taught at Sheffield when I first moved back to Texas. We all taught 2nd grade together (Kristen taught Kinder). We get together for lunch several times a year, but had a special reason to get together last month. I am so happy that Sharon has found a nice man to marry. Weddings are becoming less frequent as our friends are starting families, so it is so fun to have one to look forward to!!!
