On Saturday, Jensen celebrated his birthday with some of the neighborhood kids. He helped blow up balloons, checked out the snacks and did a great job eating 3 pieces of cake!
Jensen turned 2! Auntie Sarah and Uncle Chuck joined the Raquets at an ice cream parlor called The Purple Cow. We drank yummy milkshakes and ate burgers. After dinner, we went back to the house to open presents. I think Jensen has it down!

We had a great time at Shannon George's wedding on April 25th. Shannon is the sister of Jeff George who is married to my best friend Ami. The wedding reception was at Stonebriar Country Club. Everything was so elegant and beautiful. Shannon's dress was breathtaking...my pics did not do her dress justice. She had a form fitted dress with beaded lace that just sparkled! Drinks and appetizers were served outside on the terrace overlooking the golf course. Then we were led inside for dinner- see the picture of the menu above. It was so nice to catch up with Ami and her girls. It had been awhile since we had gone to a wedding and it was well worth the wait!
