Mom thought that it would be a fun activity to make a gingerbread house. We kept putting it off because when all of us get together we go into GAME playing mode. Karen and Mike went home after the service to put Jensen down to sleep, and Harrison was finally down, too and we were ready to play some Hearts, when mom said that she wanted to make the gingerbread house. Well, the boys wanted to play and the girls wanted to decorate...so that is what we did:)
I think it turned out pretty good for our first attempt! And we still got in a game after we were finished. Notice: the jelly-bean sidewalk...that was MY idea! Billy called our snowman...Jabba the Snowman(like from Star Wars Jabba the Hut). That's ok, because mom made that one:)
